Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Virtual Assistant to support our clients with a range of technical tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital tools and platforms, as well as the ability to assist with IT support, troubleshooting, and technical project management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently and provide efficient solutions to technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for clients, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Manage website maintenance, updates, and optimization tasks.
- Assist with the integration and management of software applications, tools, and systems.
- Perform data entry and manage technical databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and manage backups of websites, databases, and client systems.
- Assist with cloud storage and file management (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for speed and security.
- Coordinate technical aspects of social media and marketing campaigns (e.g., setting up automation tools, integrating analytics).
- Assist with software setup, training, and troubleshooting for client teams.
- Help manage project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Conduct research on new technical tools, software, and solutions to improve client processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a technical assistant, IT support, or in a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms) and basic coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficiency with cloud storage, file management, and various productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of website analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Familiarity with database management or SQL.
- Experience with project management platforms and integrations (e.g., Trello, Zapier).
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
