Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Success Coordinator to build strong relationships with our clients, ensure their satisfaction, and support long-term retention. This role is critical in maintaining high engagement levels, addressing client concerns, and assisting in the identification of opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our services.
- Retention & Engagement: Monitor client interactions, address concerns proactively, and provide support in enhancing the client experience.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Performance Tracking: Help track client engagement, satisfaction, and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain client records and prepare regular reports on client success metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support a seamless client journey.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in client support, customer service, or account coordination, preferably in a B2B or virtual services environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client interactions effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
