We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-driven Workflow Automation & Database Specialist to help streamline operations and improve efficiency across our business processes. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to design structured workflows and optimize databases using modern tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage databases to support business operations
- Develop and optimize workflows to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and errors
- Analyze existing processes and recommend system improvements
- Collaborate with team members to align workflows with operational goals
- Maintain and update systems to ensure accuracy and performance
Required Skills & Experience
- Intermediate experience in database management and workflow design
- Hands-on experience with at least one (or more) of the following platforms:
- ClickUp
- Monday.com
- Odoo
- Airtable
- Or similar workflow automation tools
- Strong understanding of automation concepts and process optimization
- Ability to translate business needs into structured systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating multiple platforms
- Familiarity with API connections or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
- Background in operations, project management, or systems development
