Tim Aldrow brings over two decades of global leadership experience to his role as CEO of WE R Solutions. His extensive background in aerospace operations, coupled with an Engineering degree and Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo, provides the foundation for delivering exceptional virtual assistant services to discerning professionals.

Prior to founding WE R Solutions, Tim successfully managed multinational teams across India and the Philippines, developing deep expertise in operational efficiency and cross-cultural collaboration. This experience revealed a critical gap in the market: executives and entrepreneurs needed reliable administrative support to maximize their strategic impact.

Under Tim’s leadership, WE R Solutions has become a trusted partner for businesses seeking to optimize productivity through professional delegation. Sophie is the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless delivery of all virtual assistant services. She’s passionate about creating systems that work, teams that thrive, and clients who feel confident knowing their business is in good hands.

With a background in project coordination, client relations, and remote team management, Sophie oversees everything from VA matching to service quality control. She specializes in ensuring our clients receive the right kind of support—whether that’s a project-based engagement, part-time assistance, or a full-time team member.
