Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our clients with a variety of administrative tasks. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties that will require excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling for clients
- Perform data entry, manage spreadsheets, and maintain databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct research and assist with special projects
- Manage social media accounts, posts, and other content management tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High-speed internet and a reliable computer
- Discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Experience with customer service or client management
