General Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our clients with a variety of administrative tasks. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties that will require excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling for clients
  • Perform data entry, manage spreadsheets, and maintain databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct research and assist with special projects
  • Manage social media accounts, posts, and other content management tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High-speed internet and a reliable computer
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Experience with customer service or client management
